These Regulations amend the date, by which the Department of the Environment has to establish an inventory of emissions, discharges and losses of all substances listed in Table 38 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Water Framework (Priority Substances and Classification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 from 31st December 2012 to 22nd December 2013.
